Then, simply return the item in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund.

With our 365 Day Frame Love Guarantee, we promise that you will fall head-over-heels for your eyewear or accessories. It's simple - if you are unsatisfied, we will make it right.

Return Process

  1. To begin your return, call or email our customer service team.
  2. If emailing, please include:
    • Your name
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Whether you would like a refund or exchange.
  3. If calling, please have this information available for our certified customer service team member for faster processing.

  4. Our customer service team will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items without an RMA number will not be eligible for return. We will also send you a USPS postage label for your free return. Affix the label to your package with the RMA number prominently marked in the address field.

  5. If instructed by our customer service team, returns may be sent to:

  6. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, a Frame Boutique returns specialist will inspect the shipment, normally within 3-5 days of arrival and a credit will be applied to the payment method used on the original order.

**Free return shipping is only eligible on orders placed and shipped to an address in the U.S. International shipments and some U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and U.S. protectorates will be required to pay return postage
