Our customer service team will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items without an RMA number will not be eligible for return. We will also send you a USPS postage label for your free return. Affix the label to your package with the RMA number prominently marked in the address field.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, a Frame Boutique returns specialist will inspect the shipment, normally within 3-5 days of arrival and a credit will be applied to the payment method used on the original order.
