Q: Can I request a specific shipping carrier to deliver my package?
A: Frame Boutique offers both USPS and FedEx as shipping carriers. To request one of these carriers specifically, please leave us a note in the Special Instructions field at checkout or give us a call at 1-855-654-3726
Q: What is included in your shipping and handling charges?
A: Shipping and handling charges include actual shipping costs, as well as order processing, labor and materials charges associated with handling an order.
Q: How soon will my prescription glasses be shipped after I order?
A: Typically prescription eyewear ships within 2-5 business days upon prescription verification.
Q: What happens if a product I order is on backorder from the manufacturer?
A: We will advise you before processing your order if delays are likely due to manufacturer backorders. You will have three options:
- Wait for your backordered item.
- Order a similar item
- Cancel your order

A: Frame Boutique uses FedEx and USPS depending on region and selected shipping method.
Q: How does Frame Boutique handle international taxes, package loss, and personal information?
A: Duties, Sales Tax or Value Added Taxes (VAT)
Some governments (especially Europe and Asia) collect Duties, Sales Taxes or Value Added Taxes (VAT) on contact lenses, glasses, and other optical items. Such duties and/or taxes are NOT included in the purchase price of your order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any such taxes as required by local statute at the point of delivery.
Q: How long will it take for a credit to show on my account after I return a product?
A: Normally a credit will show 3-5 days of arrival, and will be applied to the payment method used on the original order. Some credit cards may take an additional 2-10 days for the credit to show on your account. Please allow as many as 14 days for the credit to be applied.
Q: Does Frame Boutique charge a restocking fee?
A: Unlike other companies, Frame Boutique DOES NOT charge restocking or service fees when you return a product so rest easy knowing that when you want your money back - we give it all back.
